These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Manuela Residence Ltd ("the Property") and the guest ("the Guest") regarding the booking and stay at our facility in Victoria Island, Lagos.

• Inquiry: Submitting the form on the website does not constitute a confirmed booking.
• Confirmation: A booking is considered valid only after receiving an official confirmation email from us and, where required, the payment of a deposit.
• Minimum Age: The guest making the reservation must be at least 18 years old.

• Currency: Prices are expressed in Naira (NGN) or USD, as indicated at the time of confirmation.
• Taxes: Rates are subject to applicable Nigerian government taxes (e.g., VAT and local consumption taxes) unless otherwise specified.
• Balance: Full payment is required upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

• Standard Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
• Late Cancellation: For cancellations made after this deadline, the Property reserves the right to charge the cost of the first night.
• No-Show: In case of failure to arrive without prior notice, the full amount of the first night will be charged, and the room will be made available again the following morning.

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM. A valid photo ID (Passport or National ID) is required.
• Check-out: By 12:00 PM. Any late check-outs must be agreed upon with the reception and may incur an additional fee.

• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (e.g., Gazebo area).
• Damages: The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property or room furnishings during their stay.
• External Guests: For security reasons, external guests must register at the reception and must leave the premises by the time established by internal regulations.
• Pool Usage: Use of the pool is reserved for resident guests and authorized customers. Please follow the safety rules posted in the pool area.

Manuela Residence Ltd is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of valuables left in the rooms. We encourage you to use the safes (if available) or hand over valuables to the reception.

The Property is not liable for failures due to causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters, prolonged power outages, strikes, or government restrictions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos.
